18 Oct Mom And Daughter Rock Stars
Meet a pair of girls who just want to have fun – Mom Angela and daughter Thea. Angela walked in to the studio seeking a shoot that was a bit out of the ordinary when it came to capturing her and her daughter. Awesome, exactly where I like to start! She mentioned that Thea loves to sing and dance, which spawned the fun rock star concept you see here. We combined that look with a few more and we had a solid set ready to go.
We rocked out in the studio and made some very cute images of the two on our makeshift stage. Despite what it may look like, we were not jamming out to the Rolling Stones during this series. Nope, it was softer, kid-oriented jingles, on repeat… which I may or may not have heard in my dreams that night.
We changed gears and shot the girls in a more glamorous look. The ladies put on some dresses and we had more fun with light play. I really like how all of these turned out.
We finished out the shoot with some beachy photos of the two enjoying the sunset.
A fun day and some fantastic images for these two fun girls to enjoy for the rest of their lives!
